Cooking zones will not switch on

The cooking zones on the induction hob cannot be put into operation.

The system lock is activated.

Deactivate the system lock as described in the operating instructions.

The safety lock is activated.

Deactivate the safety lock in accordance with the operating instructions.

The overheating protection mechanism has been activated.

You can start using the cooking zones again as soon as they have cooled down to a safe level. If the overheating protection is being triggered relatively frequently, contact the Miele Customer Service Department.

The circuit breaker has tripped.

Check whether the circuit breaker has tripped. If the problem cannot be resolved, disconnect the appliance from the power supply for approx. 1 minute. To do this, switch off the relevant circuit breaker. Or remove the fine-wire fuse completely. Or switch off the residual current device.
