Vinegar smell in oven

The oven smells of vinegar.

The smell is created during cooking by the catalytic process, which filters the air. If the air in the oven compartment contains increased residues of yeast or alcohol from the cooking process, a chemically induced transformation into vinegar essences takes place, which cause this odour.
